What can you imagine from the phrase "black cod" ? No idea for me as to what it may be referring to..

    I always remember this word because it appears in one of my favorite palindromes:

    Going for a spot of something is a BE way of saying they're going to have a bit of it to eat or drink.

    Edit: Only to drink if you can melt cod down into a drinkable form...

    I would guess that Nobu Berkeley was a trendy sushi bar, and the black cod in question was on the menu. Probably eaten raw.

    Nobu Berkeley is the name of a restaurant. So... you guess.

    By the way, could you provide more context? The "Next up" is disorienting.
