No da mas de lo que le corresponde.

Hello!

How may I say "Ella no hace/da mas de lo que le corresponde/de lo que tiene que hacer".

I am talking about a co-worker who is like this. She does'nt mind if her mates are very busy and she does'nt. She might help others, but she does'nt.

My attempt: "She does'nt give more than she has to".

How can enfatize it with another phrase maybe? It's part of an evaluation, so I would rather to write in a formal way.

Thank you!!

Perhaps this term will suffice: Work-to-rule
It's fairly technical, but it should be understood by anyone in the human resources field. You would say "She works to rule."
