No reaction button except on German forum?

Sorry if this was already asked (couldn't find it) but why isn't there a reaction button on most forums (e.g. English-Spanish section is really lacking this, but other forums as well) and there is one on the Deutsch (German) one?

Each forum decides on its own whether it wants the "reactions". English-Spanish hasn't made that decision. At least not yet.

The decision is made by the moderators of the forum concerned, so I think the best thing to do is to contact one of the moderators for whichever forum it is, and ask.
