noisy, bulla, bullicioso

I have been searching for the spelling of the adjective of "bulla" I can't find it. Bullicioso? Is that right. I have heard this word so much, but I've never, in over 30 years, seen it in writing! Please help me out, I don't want to use "ruidoso". Thanks!

    1. adj. Que causa bullicio (ruido). Asamblea, fiesta, corriente, calle bulliciosa.
    2. adj. Que tiene bullicio.
    3. adj. Dicho de una persona: Inquieta, desasosegada, que no para, que se mueve mucho o con gran viveza.
    4. adj. Sedicioso, alborotador. U. t. c. s.

    Viene de bullicio (que a su vez procede de bulla...)
