I have been exchanging messages in Italian with my brother-in-law, Mike, regarding his son's recent engagement to be married. So far the exchange has gone as follows: Mike: "Filippo e Juliette Sono Fidanzato." ("Philip and Juliette are engaged.") Myself: "Bravo! Congratulazioni alle coppia felice. Non posso attendere per sentire i particolari." ("I can't wait to hear the details.") Mike: "Non abiamo dei particolare adesso, ma prima possibile, voglio voi dire." I understand the gist of what Mike is saying but I'm not sure he is grammatically correct. Also, I'm somewhat unsure that my response is entirely correct.
