Nell'ambito dell'istruzione, parlando degli istituti terziari, "degree course" viene tradotto come "corso di laurea". Ma come si traduce "non-degree course"?

Per ora mi viene in mente soltanto "corso di studio che non porta alla laurea" Qualcuno mi sa suggerire qualcosa di meglio (e magari più breve)?

Grazie della spiegazione, Saia, ma avrei bisogno di una traduzione più breve del termine.

Devo specificare che il corso non conferisce la laurea senza dire quale titolo si ottiene alla fine (perché non lo so )

La frase da tradurre è:

"non-degree courses would last two or three years, undergraduate courses (corsi di laurea) would last four or five years, ......"

"i corsi che non conferivano la laurea sarebbero durati ........."

Si parla della Cina.

Difficile traduzione caro Murphy. Al solito, questo è il caso di comparazione fra diversi sistemi educativi. Cerchi una sola parola per tradurlo?
Se sì, azzarderei qualcosa come "corsi vocazionali" o "corsi professionali".
Tuttavia, se tu volessi rimanere fedele al non-degree dovresti specificare (come stavi facendo nel post. 3) che si tratta di corsi che non conferiscono una laurea...

It's not a very specific definition, though.
The problem is that I don't think we have those non-degree courses in Italy.
Do you know at what age a student is meant to attend a non-degree course?

In Italia il sistema universitario prevede dei corsi "non-degree" chiamati certificati o diplomi di "alta formazione"; si tratta però di corsi post- Laurea che non portano ad un titolo master o dottorale.

If you can't translate it as Parergon suggested, I'd say "corsi di specializzazione post-diploma".
