non-discrimination: what word to go with it?

Hello,

I was wondering if you could help me with this sentence:

It is also necessary to increase the chances of single mothers to (re)enter the labour market and to implement the guarantees of non-discrimination in recruitment and career.

- I don´t really want to talk about the 'principles of non-discrimination' but something with a stronger connotation - but is 'guarantee' the right choice?

Many thanks in advance!

Perhaps "It is also necessary to increase the opportunities for single mothers to (re-)enter the labour market and to promote non-discrimination [or prevent/stop discrimination?]"
