non dubito che

Hi everyone,
do I have to read "(Non dubito) che ...", meaning I should use indicativo, or rather "Non (dubito che ...)" calling for a congiuntivo? Or do Italians actually tell these two slightly different sentences apart by using one or the other?
I was just wondering and don't have an actual example, so I'll just make (a probably weird) one up:
"Non dubito che stia/sta lì lì per cambiare lavoro."

A slightly convoluted question. I would say one of the following:
"Non dubito che sia lì lì per cambiare lavoro".
"Non dubito che sia sul punto di cambiare lavoro".
"Non dubito che stia per cambiare lavoro".

I can't think of an instance where I'd use the indicative (but maybe someone else will )

• Non dubito che tu sia intelligente, ma...
• Non dubito che sia meglio fare così.
• Non dubito che si tratti di uno scherzo.
• Non dubito che siano tuoi amici.
