One more excerpt (for now) from the doctor's report:

PRECORDIO RITMICO, SINCRONICO CON S1-S2 NORMOAUDIBLES SIN S3-S4 AUSCULTABLES, [...]

"normoaudible" = ?

Does it mean "normally audible" – i.e., you can hear it with normal clarity?

Does it mean "normal-sounding" – i.e., the sounds you hear are normal?

Or something else?

Buen día,

    "Precordium -- synchronized rhythm, with normally audible S1 and S2; no S3 or S4 heard on auscultation."
    That's the best I can do with it. Again, this isn't quite how we say this in the US, but I think it may be close to what the original means.
