Norwegian learning ressources for Danish speakers

I know these two languages (at least bokmål) are quite close, however there are subtle differences, false friends, differences in word order and grammar. I have been looking for a book or resource about this but so far without success. Politikens forlag published some years ago "Øresundsordbogen" with a list of Danish-Swedish differences. Does anybody know anything similar Danish-Norwegian?

Generally, the two written languages are quite similar - but the pronunciation is very different.
