Not all memories become whispers on the winds.

  • I might be overlooking something very obvious but I don't think Japanese can construct partial negation in the same way as English does.

    全ての記憶が風のささやきになるわけではない。
    subete-no kioku-ga kaze-no sasayaki-ni naru wake dewanai.
That all memories become whispers in the wind is not reasonable.

I translated "wake dewanai" as "be not reasonable" just to make sense out of a sloppy translation. Semantically, it creates a negated proposition; NOT [A is B].

So are you saying what I asked for is not possible in Japanese? Or that the words used in it are wrong? Because if it's just my words, then go ahead and change them.
