"Not such an easy task"

Hello everyone,

Is "not such an easy task" a too familiar phrase to be used in slides for an oral presentation ?
Here is an example of the context where I'm using it :

after point 1 and 2 :
3. Cooking pasta
But first, one should find juicy red tomatoes. Not such an easy task !

Thank you in advance !

I don't really understand your question, but the phrase is fine for speech and it will be easily understood – especially by anyone who has tried to find a decent tomato in the last couple of decades.

It is also used without "such," but "such" is fine.
