How to write such a number in letters in English :1.572.187? And if we had to add the word "only", will it be put before or after? Thanks.

I'm not sure I understand your question.
Are you asking about how we would say that number out?
If so:

One million, five hundred and seventy two thousand, one hundred and eighty seven.

Where we put "only" depends. On a cheque for example, it would be placed at the end. In a normal sentence, I guess it comes first.

I'll take a guess that this is the Continental European style.
In the US it written as 1,572,187. You can put only before or after depending on the case but generaly it is before.
