Hi.
This is from a medical report from Barcelona:
OD: síndrome piramidal Derecho

The report is about a woman who has a radicular pain that extends to other parts of the body.
What I saw about OD is mainly connected with eyes: ojo derecho.
What can it mean here when the context is mainly waist ache.

You may want to wait for a native speaker, but I think this might be either opinión diagnóstica or orientación diagnóstica, which I think is similar to the English term diagnostic impression.

¿Sería posible "opciones diagnósticas" for "differential diagnosis"? Ojo - I'm just guessing here.

    Hi LVRBC,
Orientación diagnóstica is what immediately pops up here. I have never seen a differential in a report, at least not expressed as "opciones" or the like. You might find though "impresión diagnóstica: A versus B".
