I have to translate the title for a book called "Off-ramps and on-ramps; keeping talented women on the road to success"
Off-ramps and on-ramps refers to the entry and exit on to motorways, but in this case also to women leaving work due to pregnancy but then getting back on track. Would something like 'salidas y entradas' work? The trouble is that I don't know how to give it a double meaning.
I'd very much appreciate any help. Thanks!

    Sólo una sugerencia al vuelo:

    ¿No has pensado en otra forma de decir "entrada" y "salida"?

    Entrada = Acceso

    Más:

    ¿"Idas y venidas"?

    Otra:

    ¿"Egresos y regresos"?
