Please explain what does it mean "OK if you keep clear" i n the context as follows:
---
'That's Pindle Rock' Marshal explained. 'It once had a huge spike, or pindle, projecting upwards. Got blown down by an exceptional storm. OK if you keep clear - and there is another hazard.

Hi Ktm. It sounds like there's something missing in this text. As it stands, the underlined sentence doesn't make sense - can you double-check your source?

It made sense to me, assuming that the context is one of sailing or boating on a lake or on the sea. The pointed part of the rock is now an underwater hazard, but you'll be OK if you stay clear of the area.

If the context is not sailing or boating, then it doesn't make sense.

You're right, there is something missing - deliberately. The writer is making Marshal speak in a particular style that occasionally omits words. In this case, the subject of the sentence is implicit.

'It once had a huge spike, or pindle, projecting upwards. <The spike> got blown down by an exceptional storm. <You will be> OK if you keep clear - and there is another hazard.
