Hello

On Monday we go out
Τη Δευτέρα βγαίνουμε έξω

Are there other very current ways to say that (supposing my Greek sentence is OK)?

"Βγαίνω (έξω)" translates "go out" perfectly, if you mean eg. "to go out for a lunch" or "to go out and have some fun" etc.
In this sentence, you can also use the future: Τη Δευτέρα θα βγούμε (έξω).
