I am refering to my day yesterday when I spent all walking on the ocean's beach.

Can I say :

''I spent all day yesterday on the bank of the ocean''

''I spent all day yesterday at the ocean's edge''

Could you please confirm.

Only rivers have banks, not oceans. 'At the ocean's edge/at the edge of the ocean', 'at the coast', 'on the beach', 'at the seaside' are all possible. It rather depends exactly where you were.

In BE - "I spent all day yesterday walking on the beach.

In AE - "I spent all day yesterday walking beside the ocean."

As above. You could also use word 'the seashore'.
