Ciao a tutti!
Ho questa frase riferita ad un farmaco, di cui non ho ulteriore contesto. Vorrei sapere se ho tradotto bene 'on top of':

This drug is used to reduce the risk of cardiovascular death, on top of Standard of care.

Questo farmaco è usato per ridurre il rischio di morte cardiovascolare (per cause cardiache), al fianco dello standard di cura.
Cioè, questo farmaco viene usato insieme e non al posto dello standard di cura.

E' corretto?

    This is what “standard of care” means, if it helps.
