Which of the following sentences do you think sound natural and easily understandable, or are they all awkard? Could you specify the reasons? Could you help me out?

In Africa, there is one in five people with HIV/AIDS.
In Africa, there is every one among five people infected with HIV/AIDS.

In Africa, there is one out of five HIV/AIDS people.

In Africa, there is one living in HIV/ADIS out of every five people.

    None of them sound quite right to me.
    In Africa one in five people is infected with (or living with) HIV/AIDS.
    In Africa every fifth person is infected with (or living with) HIV/AIDS.
