Context: English to French for "There is only now / You only have now / (...)"

I have 3 possible translations but I'm trying to find the most natural / correct / perfect way to phrase the above thought in French. Whether it is the translations I have or something else. Any help would be amazing.

1. Il n'y a que maintenant

2. Il n'y a rien, mais cet instant
Merci beaucoup!

    Hello Eli,
Please give complete sentences, since the meaning depends on context.
