"or" in the interrogative sentence

I can't find information how to say "or" in an interrogative sentence.
In the affirmative it is А 또는 В, А나 В.
But in the interrogative?
For example: Is it a pen or a pencil?
Are you working or sleeping?
Is it your pen or your mother's?
Do you like apples or pears?

Well. In these cases, "or" is used as "아니면"

Is it a pen or a pencil? ->
Are you working or sleeping?->
Is it your pen or your mother's? ->
Do you like apples or pears?->
