I'd like to translate this sentence in French for a resume:
"Aider les jeunes dans leur orientation scolaire en ...."

I read many possibilities but they seem weird.
My attempt :
"Help youth find their dream job" ?

Would it be nice?

Votre contexte, je crois, correspond davantage à career/vocational counselling/guidance.
