oriented to vs. oriented on

I wonder if there's any difference and whether the 2nd variant exists, since I can find one on the web, however, fail to find it in the dictionary. Thanks in advance.

    That's what I wanted to hear! :) I am not a native speaker. My mother tongue is Russian. Hence, a lot of Russians tend to simply substitute words, paying no attention to collocations, and I wanted to make sure. Thank you very much!
