Ous / OUS?

This is from a manual on employee performance management.

The consultants write that they "have visited a number of Ous as preparation for this project.

On this page they write about the characteristics of "performance management" in comparison to "coaching".

Could s stand for session? O for operative? Operative unit sessions?

Yes, probably it is a typo. It might mean organizations. We visited other organizations. Your idea has helped me. Thanks a lot!

    English-US, standard and medical
The only possibility in Abbreviations.com would be Own Unit Support. Usually when there is a weird acronym in a manual, it should be spelled out somewhere in the first pages.
