Out with the bad, in with the good

Hello! I haven't posted for a long time, but I need help with a phrase for a talk on nutrition. I want to say "Out with the bad, in with the good." My best attempt is "Fuera con lo malo, dentro con lo bueno." But it doesn't sound right to me. The bad and good in this case refer to healthy and unhealthy foods.
Thanks for your help!
