We regularly review words that our users search for and that are not currently in our dictionaries to see if they are suitable for inclusion, so outplant may be added at some point in the future.
I had actually never heard of this word. It looks like it's an American English term. In British English, we would say 'to plant out' (which is also used in AE, as far as I know) and that is in our dictionary. You'll find it here (from English to Italian). I would assume that the translations would be the same for 'outplant'.
