Ella dice las cosas más descabelladas y sin sentido.

She says the most outrageous and non sense things.

Is this a good translation from Spanish into English.

    there are many, many ways of saying this and some sound quite funny. the following are probably used in a more informal context:

    she talks a load of old cobblers/ balderdash/ gibberish/ baloney/ bull/ rot etc etc

    one of my favourites is 'gobbledygook' but i think this may only refer to highly technical language (eg. in a government document) rather than to what somebody says.

    nb. the adjective 'nonsensical' exists but i must admit that i like bondia's suggestion.
