My daughter hit my nose hard, I was angry and I wanted to spank her bottom, I raised my hand but suddenly I thought I should scold her first, so I said: "Say sorry to me. " She said sorry, then I said: "You shouldn't hit me like that again, you owe me a spank now, if you do something very bad next time, I'll spank you. "

Can I use "owe me a spank" here? (I know "owe me a drink" is correct in daily life conversation)

Thank you.

You can use the expression but you have it the wrong way round. If she owes you something, she needs to give it to you later. She will therefore be spanking you, which is not what you meant.
