own or lease

Can anyone please tell me which Spanish translation is more accurate? I'm having a hard time with the words "own or lease" in particular.

Do you or does anyone in your household own or lease a personal computer at home?

This sounds like a survey of kids in school or their families, and should be direct and uncomplicated. I suggest:

    or

(Residente is tricky; you don´t want to raise "green card" issues here! If the audience is mainly immigrants from Spain, say "ordenador". Otherwise, "computadora" is virtually universal among Cubans in Florida or others from anywhere in Latin America.)
