What is the best way to translate "pari passu" as in the following sentence:

For purposes of distributing the assets of the Partnership upon termination, the General Partner shall be entitled to a return, on a pari passu basis with the Limited Partners, of the amount standing to its credit in its Capital Account.

Investopedia defines it:

Two securities or obligations having equal rights to payment.

The term is Latin and translates to "without partiality." For example, a secondary issue of shares that carry equal rights with existing shares are said to "rank pari passu."

Many thanks.

Latin terms often remain untranslated. However, I found a few references to "par y pasu".
