    The sentence in the original text is
    I guess it means somethign along the lines of "The European currency hasn't truly reached du plancher of $0.90"... but the only form of 'plancher' I can find which I believe would make sense is informal... and in a text talking about how the rate of inflation affects countries in the Eurozone, that doesn't seem right to me.

    Please help!
