Hi all,
when someone send you a mail with a file and tell you to fix the problems in formula (excel), you do this and send to him the file what do you tell him:
i fixed the problem or i have fixed the problem

I would probably say "I have fixed the problem".

I might say "I fixed the problem yesterday" or "I fixed the problem last week", but to say simply "I fixed the problem" sounds to my ears rather abrupt and unnatural.
