I need to ask a local charity to come pick up patio furniture -- des chaises, une table à plateau de verre, et ? (parasol/parapluie de jardin, peut-etre?)

Thanks

OK -- that makes sense. So,do I need to modify "parasol" at all in this context, or will it be clear that I am talking about an 8ft tall piece of furniture, not something to carry with me for a stroll on a sunny day?

    Thanks

OK -- last question then, a little off topic. In English "parasol" is used to describe the light, frilly, non-waterproof umbrella-shaped items that 19th century ladies used to keep out of the sun -- if a parasol is always heavy and bulky, what do you call these little things in French?
