Anger would be pent-up. What would impatience be?
The passage I am writing on is this: " I see his face in the crowd, I hear his voice in the night, ... he took my hand, I took his, clutched it may be a little too warmly, too eagerly, expressing all the [pent-up] impatience of the past months to see him again."

...expressing the impatience that she has been feeling and has not demostrated...

    Perhaps "built-up" or "mounting" impatience.

Another option is to say "pent-up desire". This may change the meaning but when i read what you've written that's what I imagine you mean.
