Hello.

"The houses in Shakespeare's London were built very close to each other. They were made of wood. (...) People built houses again after the Great Fire. But this time they built them of stone and brick."

Now I am reading a book about New York City and its buildings. Can I similarly say:

People built New York skyscrapers of concrete.

(Or in the passive:
New York skyscrapers were built of concrete.)

On the Net I have found sentences with other prepositions, eg.: "in concrete", "with concrete", "out of concrete."
