1. PERFORMANCE STANDARD

The Consultant undertakes to perform the Services with the highest standards of professional and ethical competence and integrity. The Consultant shall promptly replace any employees assigned under this Contract that the Client considers unsatisfactory

    sazette, como dije al responder otro pedido tuyo, intentaré ayudarte, pero no soy experta en el tema:
    El Consultor se compromete a prestar los Servicios con las más altas normas de competencia e integridad profesionales y éticas. El Consultor deberá reemplazar prontamente a cualquiera de los empleados asignados bajo este Contrato que el Cliente considere insatisfactorios.
