Persian: باهاس bâhâs

I was checking out the Wiktionary page for some basics about the verb باید، بایست، بایستی, which is discussed in Persian: باید, بایست. and came across باهاس bâhâs, which is mentioned as an alternative form of بایستی. I could not find it discussed here in the forum so decided to ask whether it is a valid form and if it is, what kind of form باهاس is.

باهاس or باس is just a colloquial form of بایست.

I have only heard بااَس/bâ-as and بااَست/bâ-ast as the colloquial version of بایست, in the same way as بااَد/bâ-ad and باید/bâyad.

باهاس/bâhâs is a strange version, despite the Wiktionary entry.
