Is 'responsible' like 'وظيفه شناس'?

If a person is responsible, they do the right things.

or مسئولیت‌پذیر as in your examples:

وظیفه‌شناس is 'dutiful'

یک شخص وظیفه‌شناس میتونه مسئولیت‌پذیر نباشه و فقط وظیفه‌شو انجام بده ولی یک شخص مسئولیت‌پذیر به احتمال زیاد وظیفه‌شناس هم هست
