The only way around your anxiety is through it, and if you avoid feeling anxious, you’re not going to learn the strategies to handle it when it does pop up.

"The only way around your anxiety is through it". This means "The only way to solve your anxiety problem is to tackle it head on or to face it as ebrahim has said.

    For some reason, I was reminded of the famous line by Ghalib here;

"bee.takallof dar balaa boodan beh az beem-e-balaa'st
    q'ar-e-daryaa salsabeel -o- rooy-e-daryaa aatesh ast"

    Ghalib Dehlavi.

    rooy-e-daryaa salsabeel -o- q'ar-e-daryaa aatesh ast"

    Ghalib Dehlavi.
Ghalib, in a number of letters to his friends, was keen to point out the difference between vaaf-i-majhuul and yaa-i-majhuul. Bearing this in mind, I believe he would have expected his kalaam to be read with the said majhuul vowels.

'Urfi Shirazi's couplet goes something like...

The first misra3 of the shi3r you have quoted appears to be part of Saa'ib Tabrezi's shi3r.

The matla3 for Ghalib's Ghazal is:

    QP sahib:

aadaab, bahut dinoN ba'ad aap se taKhaatub ka sharaf haasil huaa hai. ummeed hai mizaaj-e-giraami ba.Khair hoNge.

The maqt'a of the Ghazal is what you quoted above in your reply to my earlier post here in this thread, where he says he disagrees with 'Urfi's stance on the "matter."

I am attaching the 2 pages (combined into a single image) from a digitized copy of Ghalib's deevaan (Farsi) herewith. The verse in the "red" box is what I quoted above, the one in blue on the next page is a tarah on 'Urfi.
