- A person who has the highest position in the pharmaceutics is called a "pharmaceutics dean", right?

    I would say no, but what term is actually used depends on what you mean. 'Dean' is normally used in an academic sense, so assuming you mean the highest position in the department of pharmacy, I'd normally say he's a department head, the head of pharmacy, or dean of pharmacy if the position is actually a deanship, as this differs from a department head.
