Hello, pikkutakki is an interesting word for me and that started me thinking if there is an isotakki as well? And if there is what it means? Thanks.

    No, there is no isotakki.

Also there is pikkuhousut but no isohousut, and there is pikkusormi but no isosormi.

Interesting, we Hungarians also have pikkuhousut with the same meaning just like pikkutakki. I wonder if you took those words form Swedish or we just happened to find the same name by accident.
