I have no idea how to translate this.

Context: "§ Pin/Puk : toute action permettant de débloquer le mobile du Client après plusieurs tentatives infructueuses de saisie du code PIN. L’acte est facturé par le conseiller"
 
    • You're wanting to translate the PIN/PUK part? Those are the same in English. If you put the wrong PIN in too many times, it locks your phone and you need to get the PUK code to unlock it. (Used to work for Vodafone.) Can't remember what PUK stands for.
