in the sentence above, I found it's play to debate bingo, not play debate bingo.

In fact, I don't know what debate bingo is, I just guessed it's a bingo in which one expect certain themes or phrase the debating candidates would say, and if he or she get it right, they can cross it off.

so I thought it should be "play debate bingo."

but now I don't it's that.

what does "play to" mean?
