Someone asks his coworkers to fill out a questionnaire, by email.
He asks them to send it back to him by December 20th.
In this case, which of the following 1 to 3 is the most natural?

1. Please send it back to me by...
2. Please send it back to XXX (his name) by...
3. Please send it back to me, XXX, by...

I guess 1 is the most natural, but how about 2 and 3? Do they sound awkward?

I assume this person's name is at the bottom of the e-mail. It is also surely in the From field of the message. There is no need to repeat it in this request. It sounds too much like the sender is in love with the sound of his own name.

Does that mean 2 and 3 are awkward and you recommend he use 1?
(For non-native speakers, direct answers are easier to understand.)
