Nice things about when and I am interested if will is necessary after while in a similar sentence. Consider:

Please watch the kids
while you (will) tide up the room.

    ... but I wouldn't use "will" in your sentence, TommyGun. (And I'm assuming you made a typo for "tidy," although I've seen rooms that would require a tide to clean!)
