I think the confusion is with the first entry, whose sense is "fabricante de pozos". When I think of "fabricante", I think of the concept "manufacturer". I assume that the editor who created this translation was thinking the same thing. But maybe it's used in this sense with the more general meaning of "maker"? If so, I agree that "well-digger" would be better for the first entry, instead of "well manufacturer."
The editor is limited in the number of characters he can use and is therefore only supposed to write a disambiguator to guide the translators.
