Almost exclusively. However in Britain, 25% of usage is for ingrowing.

I'd always thought that US EN "ingrown" = UK EN "ingrowing nail/hair". (As in (to cite just one example, If I Remember Correctly), the Fawlty Towers episode "The Germans".) I'm surprised to learn from Keith B that '"ingrowing" is only used 25% in Britain nowadays.

Well, that's what Ngrams tell me. I would use ingrowing myself, but I'm aware that it might be used less often than I had believed from listening to rapid speech.
