Hi everyone!
I have no knowledge of Polish whatsoever, but I find slavic languages very intriguing. With some help from a Polish friend, I have come up with the following translations:
[edit: there should be a big space between the two z tego boku coś bits]
Była raz taka zwrotka,
Co to nie miała środka.
z z
tego tego
boku boku
coś coś
miała. miała.
Aw środku dziura została.
Il était une fois une telle strophe,
Qui n’avait pas de milieu.
De ce De ce
côté-ci côté-ci
il y avait il y avait
quelque chose. quelque chose.
Au milieu il restait un trou.
Once upon a time there was such a verse,
That had no middle part.
On this On this
Side Side
There was There was
Something. Something.
In the middle a hole remained.
Any comments would be much appreciated,
G.
