Vinacce: Le vinacce sono un sottoprodotto dell'industria enologica (produzione del vino) composto dalle bucce e dai semi dell'uva. Tradizionalmente questo sottoprodotto viene utilizzato per la produzione di distillati ed alcool industriale opuure come concime per i campi agricoli.
Recentemente le vinacce (semi e/o bucce) si stanno affacciando sul mercato anche altri prodotti come profarine alimentari e cosmetici, oppure altri utilizzi come l'impiego all'interno di gassificatori per la produzione di energia termica.

Thank you for your message. Actually, pomace is used more for apple pulp that is left after the apples have been crushed to make cider, but it can also be used for pulp left after any other fruit has been crushed. So for us, grape pulp is not a separate sense. Can you manage this with Dsenses? If not, I'll see what I can do.
